Hi there,

I keep a collar on my dog. I don't use the collar for walks with a leash. Harness for that. The collar is used for tags and for being cute. I do use the plastic snap buckled kind so it can pop off if need. In addition to the collar, have your baby microchipped and register the chip. That way if he/she is ever lost, there's the collar and a microchip to contact you.
