Starr also decided one day that going outside was better. Shes finally getting the training down. Make sure to praise the heck out of your baby when it does go when you want it. We make it a huge deal when Starr goes. Small dogs need a confined area when not being watched especially durring potty training stages. Confining to the kitchen is a great idea. They need boundries that young.
