This thread brought a smile to my face. My first yorkie, Charlie, was really good at communicating his wants. He would only eat his food from a paper plate. So, he would carry it to us when he wanted more. When he would run out of water, he would dump the food off the plate and bring it to us so we would see the empty water dish when we went to fill up the food. Oh, you have to love yorkies!
