Liver values can go up drastically due to any kind of toxic exposure, then come back down, (according to my vet when Tiki had liver issues). My vet had me pay close attention to external toxins too when Tiki was young, like avoiding flea treatment, groomer could not use flea shampoo on her, and in her case he went with low protein even vegetarian food to be easier for liver to process.

Emmy's numbers don't seem extremely high, but do need follow up over time. As far as your comment about her being vocal, it reminded me of my Schnauzer Niko when he was 16 and deaf, and I too had to teach him "sign language" to tell him to quit barking. As his eyesight got worse, I had to gently tap him on the head to quiet him. Yes, they can do just fine without all the senses working. At least it's good that she has energy.
