I've cleaned her well and applied a cream that should leave a moisture barrier and acts as a topical antihistamine. I Was sure to cover it well so she can't get to it. I figure I'll give her a day and see if it improves and then to the vet if it still looks angry. Thanks for the advice. I had hoped that perhaps another person on the site had some experience with this but I really don't want to take any chances with our furry baby
