Small dogs' nutritional needs can seem really small to us, but it could be the exact right amount for them. For example, my Marcel eats 1oz at each meal, which is really SO small...but it's what's right for his size. It sounds like your kiddo is health and eating...so just keep an eye on it, and I'm sure all will be well.
