Maybe it would be a good thing to surrender this baby to a rescue...they will make certain the puppy goes to a great home, they will make sure he is all vaccinated and ready to go.....it just seems so very sad to me that an 11 week old puppy has already been rehomed 3 times....he apparently left the breeder at a very early age, and every home he has been to since only kept him a week! His new home must be vetted and checked out thoroughly to be sure he isnt sent out again and I cant help but think a rescue would make sure he went to a home that would not have to rehome him.....
