yep, I agree, looks like a tapeworm. Have you called your vet and did you clean up that poop and the poop area. Please tell your wife it's not the babies fault he has tape worms, puppy will sense your wife's anxiety and feed off of this. If you have not already done so, I suggest to call your vet.
