dog I do not like to overload my stomach so I eat small things during the day. I love Yogurt and granola, fresh orange and toast. Eat a banana or sliced apple around lunch, applesauce, little cheese, salad with spinach, kale, red and green peppers, avocado, cheese, tomato, celery with olive oil dressing.
The key to keeping weight down is small portions. Just eat less. Stuffing yourself is not healthy. I like white wine in the evening. A little cup of Tillimook vanilla ice cream. Just eat for health, no fried foods, try to eat fresh fruits and veggies. I Like my coffee.
