Oh, bless your heart, Karen. My heart just went out to you thinking of what that must have been like for you, having lost your little Schnauzer - your telling about her straining at the end of the leash, the next day and now Molly looking so scared was so poignant. That story so starkly defines the painful risk vs. gain we usually have to face when we leave our babies at the vet for a procedure and walk away. I've never even been through what you have but still struggle every time I walk away and leave Tibbe for something that puts him at risk, even when it's for his good and even though he loves going to the vet. I was so relieved to read Molly was okay!!!
