On a happier note, Molly is done and did great. I get to pick her up in an hour. |
No wonder you feel an even bigger guilt trip than usual - you've lost a furbaby during a procedure. I'm so sorry. Any normal mom or dad couldn't help but wonder "if only I hadn't........." - even when they know it had to be done for their dog's health and to give him or her a better chance to keep living or to live a healthier life. I cannot imagine how hard it was to live with that and still leave your Molly this time. That took guts and bravery and realizing your dog would be healthier long term with a thorough, professional dental cleaning. Still, I wish I could say something to make it easier for you next time but some successful procedures in a row will maybe help some. So glad Molly is ready to come home and be pampered silly!!!
