Default keeping blood sugar level

Our Yorkie is 7 years old, about year+ ago she started loosing weight and having morning seizures, sometimes once every 2 month sometimes once a week, always in the morning, always after throwing up, I try to hydrate her with periolyte, some food, etc. after vomiting.. Is there anything I could give her before bed time on regular bases to keep her blood sugar level stable? also, any ideas to get her to gain some weight and not to thrown up/vomit so much. Her diet right now: boiled chicken/pumping/green beans, on the daily bases in addition to high end quality dry food, 4- 5 feedings a day/smaller partitions . Thanks!
