My boss would have beat me with a shoe if I had ever told a client we had almost lost their pet because our anesthesia machine was possibly malfunctioning! I think you are right to cancel the dental #1 they need to get their equipment serviced....and #2 if it is just for a dental it's best to wait a period of time between undergoing anesthesia .... especially if she had some problems. If it's not life threatening I would wait....and in the mean time maybe research a vet with specialty in small animals.
