This would certainly scare me as well. Ask them if they had anesthesia machine checked and serviced and had all flow vents checked. If they say yes, I would certainly most want to see the check out report.

As someone else has stated I would wait for a least a week, and then if it was me, I would also have them sign acknowledgement of previous non working machine and they would be responsible if any problems occur, OR I would take her to a specialist to have it done.

Did she have a complete blood work up done before being out under ??

I am a very difficult Pet Mom and my Vet's know I ask all kinds of questions.
