When you see that she is looking around and she HAS TO pooh and you bring her to the pad do NOT let her off the pad until she poops (even if you sit there for an hour) because when you just give up and let her off the pad without her doing her buisness then she's never going to learn and she's going to poop where she wants to.
Have you ever thought about taking her outside to do her buisness? I found that my youngest yorkie Bella hit a point where she did not want to use her pee pads anymore and just wanted to go outside with Ruby to do her buisness.
Also I think confining her to your kitchen is a good idea when your not home especially when she's not house trained.
