Ya know lol, my girl passed last year, I never registered her with the county, it just slipped my mind. Now I have an adopted boy, it's now 14 months, I was going through his folder that came with him and found the dog license again I have not registered this one, to many other Priorities again, slipped my mind. I don't believe I read of the form about being a first time dog owner. But, if it did, I would not say I owned an unlicensed dog, like Markofsea wrote their not the IRS. Thanks for this thread, I am going now to write out the check for the license before it "slips my mind" AGAIN.
