I'm lucky I live by a breeder who does a good job imo. I get to see the puppies when born. Can visit once a week for the 12 weeks Get to see the medical records of prenatal blood work ect. The breeding history. But now that I know her she will let me come over and help clean poop ...never took her offer
. But shes a show breeder and just breeds for her next show dog. Sometimes u need to get on a waiting list. Took me 2 1/2 yrs to get Winnie JME
