 Collar
As someone above mentioned, the blow up collar, like a doughnut works well for most things. I found the Kiss e Collar was great if it does the job. It is soft and can be 'got around' with a persistent dog! When my boy had cataract surgery I had to use the hard plastic cone. He got used to it very quickly and slept in it OK. It did interfere with his sniffing on walks though, and it wobbled as he walked! Eating and drinking from a bowl was hard for him so I either took it off while he ate/drank (with constant monitoring!)or put the bowls into the cone by hand to make it easier. Good Luck! |
