I would consider lipo around my abdominal area. BUT that is only after I have poured blood, sweat, and tears into my workout regimen and cannot achieve what I believe to be possible. (If Brad Pitt (at 42) can bust his butt and look like how he does in Troy...I can too).

I'm an extremely firm believer in working out and diet. Obviously, this takes a lot of dedication...but I also realize that some people have a genetic predisposition to never lose fat below a certain threshold.

So while I'm open to the idea of surgery...I have to work for it until I truly believe I can't make the goal that I want w/o some "help".

Besides my abdominal area...I don't see a need for anything else. I've heard of all sorts of surgeries,...ranging from calf, ab, and butt implants...to your standard face lift, butt lift, etc.

Yes, i feel men are standing in line for plastic surgery just as much as woman these days.

We have a guy friend who works out daily. Weather it be weights or running miles on end he still could never lose those side handles on his waist so he had lipo for that. He looks awesome. He never had any problems with it. His wife had lipo also and looks great. What is odd is both of them in my eyes looked perfect and I couldn't believe ever they needed a thing. I guess we are our own worse critics to ourselves.
