In my opinion this is not a reputable breeder. She breeds females under 5 pounds which is not only unreputable it's dangerous! She also uses the continental kennel club which is not a reputable registry. Also Chocolate yorkies are a fault so a reputable breeder will not purposely breed for a fault.
