The kind of stool you describe sometimes occurs when a dog has had too much fat in it's diet. There is no way someone else could have fed her something or she could have nabbed something she is not supposed to have?

Someone mentioned Giardia and it does sound a little like that kind of symptom. The thing with tGiarida is that they can get reinfected by simply stepping on the stool or where the stool has been. Does your dog go out walking with you or could she have been exposed to another dog? Did you vet say if she tested specifically for Giardia?
