Was she eating dry kibble before leaving the breeders home? This is a must and is something that every breeder should make sure of before sending pups to their new homes.

Was she eating when you mixed with canned? If so continue feeding it but add a tiny bit of water or evaporated milk to help moisten the kibble. Maybe even try to warm it up a tad bit.

Is she drinking ok ?

Its quite normal for all pups go through a transition stage when taken from their mother and littler mates. No pup should ever leave its breeders home until they are able to eat dry kibble and drink water on their own. Its just a matter of time before she feel comfortable with her new surroundings and will dive right in. Meanwhile you may need to supplement her food with the mix above in order to help her eat and get the nutrition she needs. If that doesn't help PM me and I can give you more ideas.
