Scarlett Rose is seven months old. All her teeth have come out and the new ones are in - except for the bottom left inscisor which has the new one next to it. Both teeth feel solid and there is a gap inbetween. Should I be worried about this. She is a very active little girl and chews everything but there is no sign of the extra tooth becoming loose.
