You might be able to find a low cost clinic that charges in the mid $200 range if you really search but it could not possible include Xray, pain meds or any type of extractions. If he badly needs a dental, my suggestion would be not to put it off too much longer because of cost. Periodontal disease in dogs can cause other serious health issues that will just increase your treatment.
