Water skiing- because I used to do it and was relatively good at it. That said- I hve never been snow skiing but think I would love it! I am not a super sporty person really- books, knitting, coffee ya know? But I love the snow and colder weather suits me better. I will hve to try that- some year when thesnow pack is not dangerously low and we are having weird spells of almost seventy degree weather throughout February!
