Jenna doesn't really respond to large loud noises like what you mentioned, or even thunder, fireworks or gunshots. But she doesn't like raised voices, either happy or angry. She will tuck her head, flatten her ears, wag her tail and slink as quickly as possible to find either me or my daughter. We are the only two she feels safe with. That is, unless someone uses the dreaded "B" word. (bath)

Then she's off to find somewhere to hide or, failing that, rolls the belly up and wags her tail so hard her back legs wiggle.
