Please do not disrupt this baby even more, by taking the ONLY thing it has left that it is familiar with, its food, away! This baby is having to adjust to new people, new environment, new schedule, new water, no momma, no siblings.....do not add to its confusion and disruption, by changing food at this time. Leaving this baby on the food the puppy came to you on, will certainly NOT injure or kill this baby....let the puppy settle in for a couple of months at the very least, before you start disrupting feeding meals. The baby is getting what it need nutritionally in the puppy food....I would wait until the puppy is at least 8 months old, then start with the "food Russian roulette.".....with vaccinations starting in addition to all the other issues/changes puppy is facing, if it aint broke, dont be fixin it.
