Maybe it is salt from outside. I use that salt thats good for dogs, but i have walked him so maybe it was from that. I was hoping to walk him today in the snow....it's suppose to be like 40 degrees today! It's been like 12 for the past week, so I wanna get out there.
I have a daughter that lives in Scranton, PA, her Yorkie loves the snow! However, she hates it if it's at all windy or rainy...lol I hope you are able to find out what the allergy is! Let me know if it's related to the salt, I'm sure my daughter would be interested to know as well.
