Alrighty, The reflective coat is Nylon on the outside and the lining is a cotton and polyester blend. It says it fits dogs 5-15lbs. It has adjustable velcro straps. The sweatshirt is too small for either of my pups, but not by too much and they weight ~6 lbs give or take a couple ounces.
