If he is coughing still it could be the anitbiotic they gave you is not helping him. Why do they think he has broncitis? If the liver is very large I would think it could press on the trachea and make him cough too. He should be on a prednisone to help with the swelling and that might help with cough too. I know dogs that have CT go on prednisone and cough medicine when it is acting up. |
