Hi and welcome to YT. Is this new, or is it something that's been going on? If it's new, I'd actually get to the vet bc her glands may need to be expelled and/or it could be due to something else entirely...esp at her age, which can be quite a vulnerable age.
You may want to switch foods as some dogs have anal gland problems on one food, but not another...
