Are her anal glands full? Does she drag her bottom across the floor? If so, the anal glands need to be expressed. You can do this, but it's messy and smelly. I heard vets and groomers can do this (for a fee, I presume).

Adding a little bit of oil to her diet can help with bowel movement. But be cautious, as it may trigger pancreatitis. The oil also helps with skin and coat.
