Try looking in the small pet section of the pet store, I've seen clothes at Petco for guinea pigs or ferrets or something, idk.
They're going to grow pretty rapidly and should end up around 4-5lbs, so I wouldn't buy more than one or two outfits each.
You could also cut up a sock if they need sweaters.
