Rhonda, as you know I home-cook for Harry...we don't have your sweet potato issues - but we DO have issues with brown rice, it seems to be waaaay too harsh on his little (!!!) tummy - really upsets it and makes him very loose. No problems at all with white rice, though
He gets loads of fibre from his many veggies...hope all's well with you all!
