How about you save up all your hard-earned puppy-pocket-money...and send your mummy to Aunty Sally's?!!!?
She will look after her, and make her all chubby and scrummy...and then send her back home to you when all your nasty, cold weather has passed, when it's Spring and she won't force you into all that clothing malarcky....
