If she is 13 months old she should have been in heat 2 times. Un- spayed females come into season twice a year, appox. 6 months apart. If this pup did not have a 2nd cycle she may be coming into season soon since she is 13 months old. How long do you have this dog, appears you have just gotten her since you are asking about heat cycles.
