All of yalls Yorkies are adorable!! I am so glad I found this site! I joined a while back but never really got a chance to use it until now! It's so good to see so many other yorkie lovers.
So, Parti Peanut, since you said that your yorkie Peanut has a long coat at ten months then my Maggie either has a slow growing coat or maybe she is just going to keep a short coat. Judging by the feedback from everyone it seems there are so many different variations with their coat. I have only had one other yorkie and it was a family pet that I got at the age of fourteen and he just passed away a few months ago at the age of fifteen. He had a coton type coat. It matted extremely easily. So with that being said, I am not going to worry about how long her hair gets, and just be thankful that it is easy to maintain.
