Yeah, I think you're wise to be cautious. More than just the cold is the change from normal. Your pups likely seldom see temperatures that low and their bodies can't adjust to the shock that quickly.

Mine have seen it all their lives and they gradually get used to it as the season changes each year. Still, we were a coat at 30, coat and booties at 20 and stop outdoor walks altogether at -5.
