Thank yall so much for responding! Maggie's hair is only about three inches long on her body. It is SO soft and does not mat. I only have to brush her once a week (she could actually probably go longer it I don't do that). She just never mats. But it just hasn't been growing. I didn't know if this was normal or not. I just wondered if other Yorkies had a full coat by a year.

Do either of you know a good shampoo and conditioner for healthy coats?
