Thank you, I just wish my agent and publisher felt the same sometimes, as I'm notorious for missing 'deadlines'! Crystal is my 'aide metier', always sat with me, or lying on the table as I create the conundrums of tales for those who read me.
Those clever little eyes levelling, as her head turns from side to side in consideration to my recount of a paragraph or so. A little 'huh' or snort signifies opinion, as she returns to her luxuriant repose upon the padded velvet underlay!
I often look in here as a break, and these little jottings are almost a way of thanking her for these long vigils with me, I can't imagine working without her now.
