I've spend many, many, many hours in many weeks doing research to put articles on the thread to be helpful to everyone.
Last week I took several days of my time and reread the whole thread so I could made notes on everyone.
Then I sent either a PM or an email out to each and every one in our group.
I made some comments to each and also asked some questions to which have not been answered.
I really would appreciate YOU taking some time and posting a reply to these questions on the THREAD:
HOW IS IT GOING FOR YOU WITH THE "HEALTHY EATING"?
ARE YOU HAVING ANY PROBLEMS?
HAVE YOU HAD TO MAKE MANY SACRIFICES OR GIVE UP THINGS TO GET WHERE YOU ARE NOW?
IF SO, WHAT HAVE YOU GIVEN UP?
HOW MANY CALORIES ARE YOU EATING DAILY?
ARE YOU EXERCISING? IF NOT EXERCISING, ARE YOU WALKING?
ARE YOU COUNTING CALORIES?
ARE YOU WATCHING THOSE SERVING SIZES?
ARE YOU GETTING CLOSER TO WHERE YOU WANT TO BE FOR YOUR WEIGHT?
IF NOT, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU CAN DO TO HELP YOURSELFf?
IF APPLICABLE, HOW ARE THE HUBBIE AND THE KIDS DOING?
ARE THEY GETTING USED TO THE "HEALTHY EATING" WAY?
