It could be so many things. I suggest you videotape his actions in the AM and try to rebook an appointment with the vet if this morning pain does not resolve with-in 2 or 3 days after adding the pro-biotic. I also might suggest to seek a specialist - internal medicine specialist. It will save you money on diagnositic tests in the long run.
