I chose this because the bottom zips on and off. I wanted a removable bottom and top but the ones with velcro didn't seem to me that they would be secure. The top also zips on & off. I liked it because it is half solid, half netting. I thought that would make a nice shady spot in the summer when using it outside. I gives plenty of room to fit the items you listed. In our case our little one sleeps in his crate and is in his crate when we are not home (which is hardly ever, someone is always home here). So he is in the playpen when we turn our packs and are not playing with him. It keeps him safe when we are home, but otherwise engaged. I also liked the fact that this one came with a carry case for travel.

Tip: When you get it, pay attention the first time you unfold it, you will be happy when you go to fold it back up. Some people complained in reviews of pop up playpens that they can't figure out how to fold them back up.

Tip: I am fussy, and wanted to have an extra layer of protection for messes. I took an old vinyl tablecloth and folded it, taping it on the underside to fit exactly in the bottom of the playpen. It has been wonderful. Little accidents wipe up so easy. My pup did scratch at it, but he scratches and bites all the seams and anything he can get this mouth on. I just sprayed bitter spray on the seams and edges and of course gave him lots of toys to chew and play with.

Tip: When you close the zippers, see that they end at the top, not the bottom, so that your pup doesn't nose it open and escape.

Good Luck!!
I used this as a whelping "cave" years ago.....had a couple of mommas that wanted complete privacy and no help when they delivered!.......it is too difficult for me to get up and down and into this thing now if I should need to help, but it is a super play pen!
