Update: We went back to Auburn yesterday for a recheck. Sadie's Albumin and Cholesterol were up just a bit but not nearly in the normal range. Based on the improvement and how she's been acting (very energetic) the Dr's decided to not do a scope at this time. I'm to continue to monitor her weight and make sure she's not losing - or gaining fast because that would mean that the fluid is back. I'm going to have our local vet monitor her Albumin levels. If at any time they don't continue to improve we will take her back for the scope. We're not out of the woods yet but everything is looking pretty good! Oh - and the spot on her lung is still there but has improved some. It was enough improvement to convince them that it was from the fluid last week. I'm going to take her in locally next week to have her blood checked again. At least I can breathe a little bit now!!
