You girl is still young and her coat will continue to change for at least another year, maybe longer. I'm sure she will be beautiful no matter what
I didn't have Lexie as a puppy so I don't know what she looked like (I got her at 5). According to the breeder, she was a show dog. So she must have had the standard coloring. When she was 18 months she had an accident jumping off the show table and broke her leg in 3 places. After several casts, she was shaved down to match the shaved broken leg. When her coat grew out, it was platinum blonde with dark roots, so she couldn't be shown anymore (being off-color). I don't know if she was always curly though.
