My dog has been diagnosed with CHF and has lost over a pound. He's so skinny and he's eating most things I give to him. Does anyone have any advice on stuff to really fatten him up?

Right now he eats:

Orijen dry food
Boiled Chicken
Scrambled eggs
apples
broccoli, cauliflower
ground turkey and beef (thinking about cooking this with coconut oil for the extra fat?)

I always give him a little bit of peanut butter for his meds but I worry about the sodium in this.

I've read about something called nutri-plus gel that can help?

I also want to start him on a fish oil supplement and vitamin B supplements...

any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
