I have that bag and a 7lb yorkie, I posted a review of it on here. I like it, it's much lighter than the jaradan bags.

I never let anyone hold Lola, and I'm always paying attention to her or I have my fingers under her buddy belt and leash around my hand, I also do that if someone wants to pet her.
I have a fabuleash and I really like the clip on it because it requires two hands to remove, but it's too short and rough to wrap around my hand.
