I bought one of those little Amish fireplaces....a couple of them actually, because I do not turn heat on in the house until the indoor temp drops to 40 or below....so I have one of those Amish fireplaces in the sunroom, and one in the nursery....about 36 inches tall, 40 inches long, 12 inches wide....realistic looking flames in the fireplace, totally cool to touch for the dogs, no fire hazard associated with it....and then I went back and got a little one that is about 12 inches long, 10 inches deep, 12 inches tall....it fits on the end table right by my recliner, and my babies LOVE it!! They all lay down, lined up like birds on a wire, on the arm of the recliner, dozing in front of the fireplace! Space heaters scare the krappe out of me...... |
