What rescue status? If she is a rescue, the rescue should have taken care of all of this????
YES, she had too many shots.
They should only have one at a time spacing them out 2 - 3 weeks. Lepto is well known to have side effects and/or reactions and should only be given if lepto is in your area. Here is a link to the recommended protocol for vaccinations:
