Is it good/bad to add a male to the mix? Financially the new addition would not be a problem. I am just a bit nervous because I had my cats first, and when I got the female Yorkie she just fit right in and we had no problems, and she was SO easy to potty train. I really did get lucky and I am a little worried that maybe I wouldn't get so lucky again! Do you think this would be a good idea or bad idea? My dog comes with me to work everyday, and so would the new puppy. All of my pets are fixed.
If you can handle it financially, then why not? As for personalities, you really never know what you are going to get. What I will say is that on the topic of fitting in many of the people I find who have issues with pups not getting along have intact animals in the home. Since yours are all altered, it might make it easier; but it STILL can be an adjustment.
